Wade has lived in the Middle Tennessee area almost his entire life and officially moved to Nashville in 2015. He comes from a family of educators where teaching and learning were woven into the fabric of everyday life. Having grown up in Cookeville, he attended Tennessee Tech University where he earned two bachelor's degrees (Finance and Accounting), as well as completed his MBA with an Accounting concentration. While at TTU, Wade was also part of two OVC-winning championship baseball teams.
Wade comes to TrustCore after having almost a decade of experience working as both an independent advisor and as part of a multi-family office. His mission as a financial planner is to strengthen and support families in whatever life phase they are in and provide a source of encouragement throughout challenging times. He seeks to meet people right where they are and is determined to enjoy the journey with them.
When not at the office, Wade loves staying engaged with his community and is involved with various non-profit organizations. He is an active member of Joy Church in Mount Juliet, where he serves as a group leader for elementary-aged kids, among several other areas of ministry. He also enjoys spending his free time adventuring outdoors and shares a love of all things coffee, food, and travel with his fiancée, Kelsey. His other hobbies include reading, podcasts, documentaries, weightlifting, and anything that might be considered a sporting event.

Mary Clapp is a member of the Reed Financial Planning Team. As an associate planner, she strives to deliver financial planning, service and support tailored to each client’s needs. She also works closely with TrustCore’s research analysts on Alternative Investments. Mary joined TrustCore in 2010, drawn to the firm’s high levels of professionalism and integrity, and the value its leaders place on family and work/life balance. She brings more than 18 years of experience to TrustCore, having held positions with a wirehouse, bank brokerage, and on the wholesale team for a large insurance and annuity company.
Mary earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Mary Baldwin University in Staunton, Virginia, and a certificate in financial planning from Belmont University.

Originally from Atlanta, Drew moved to Nashville in 2010 to attend Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management and is now an active member of the Nashville community. Currently, he serves as the Treasurer of the Financial Planning Association of Middle Tennessee and is an active member in the Phoenix Club of Nashville. Susan joined TrustCore in 2009 and brings more than 20 years of financial services industry experience to her role as an Associate Planner with Darryl Edmonds, Cliff Taylor and Brad Caldwell. Her past experience allows her to deliver actionable intelligence and outstanding service to their clients.
Susan earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, from California State University, San Bernardino.

Philip Henninger is an associate planner, providing comprehensive financial planning tailored to each client’s individual goals and needs. He works with Mickey Jacobs’ team to examine investments, insurance, education funding, retirement and estate planning to help their clients achieve greater financial peace of mind. Chanon joined TrustCore in January of 2021. Accounting for every penny spent, analyzing potential investments, and preparing for the future is in her blood. She grew up working in her parents’ management services firm, which provides business management and accounting services to corporate clients across the USA. Now, as an Associate Planner, she offers the same analytical skills, attention to detail, and planning abilities to her clients.
Chanon successfully passed the CFP® Certification Education Program Exam Completion in November 2020 following a 5-year career in Health Care Management and 3 years serving as a high school sciences educator and girls softball coach, where she honed her skills as a planner, presenter, teacher, and coach. She holds a Masters’ degree from DePaul University and an Honors Bachelors of Science degree from Purdue University.

Andrew’s background is in tax compliance and tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and closely-held businesses. He attended Auburn University, graduating summa cum laude with a degree in accounting, and then earned his Master of Accountancy before moving to the Nashville area.

John Sinclair began his career with TrustCore in January of 2020 as an associate planner. He joins the Sinclair Team, along with his father, Bob, brother, Tyler, and Matt Bader.
John brings extensive experience in building longstanding relationships and helping guide clients to determine a strategy that fulfilled their short-term and long-term needs in another industry. Connecting with clients as they make these decisions is the heart of what drove John to join the Sinclair Team at TrustCore.
A Nashville native, John graduated from Brentwood High School before completing his bachelor’s degree at Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, KY. Burton is a veteran leader in financial planning, development, and education and has spent more than 20 years specializing in estate and gift planning. In his prior role with Lipscomb University, he served as Associate Vice President for Planned and Complex Giving and was an Associate Dean in the College of Business.
Burton holds a Doctor of Education from Lipscomb University and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner. He also has a Master of Science in Financial Planning from the College for Financial Planning and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Freed-Hardeman University. He is an instructor in the finance and management programs at Lipscomb. Burton serves on the executive committee of the board as past-president of the Financial Planning Association of Middle Tennessee and is a board member of the Planned Giving Council of Middle Tennessee.
